I put on my brakes and stop to prevent hitting them... Then it happens. Every time. They look at me like I did something wrong and sometimes say something like "slow down!" or "watch where you're going!". $#*(@. If I was going to fast or not paying attention, I'd have hit you. That is the definition of "going too fast": you can't stop in time because of your momentum. That is the definition of "not paying attention": you don't notice the hazard or person in time to react. SO THEN. If I noticed your $#*(@ &#! and I stopped in time to not hit your $#*(@ &#!
