Warframes Mods Spread Suggestion

i always been bodered by al those "mobility" mods like maglev, stamina mods and rush. all warframes need mods to maximize its abilities so those mods arent use that much even vitality and redirection arent used as much as the other mods so my suggestion is to divide warframes into 3 parts (helmet, chasis, and systems?). these 3 "parts" would have differnt mods and different porpouses like one for survivality one for abillities and one for motion. this will fix the issue with not having enogh mod space and the fact that at high lvl defenses and survivals u cant get out of the globe or have to use a trinity. so what do u think guys?? (this is only a suggestion)
