They're all heavy weapons, but I'll just list the differences:

Gram is the fastest out of the 3 heavy weapons, but has a smaller range and lower base damage.

Scindo and Fragor are really similar, but Scindo deals double damage to Infested, whereas Fragor ignores armor (so it's good on the heavily armored Grineers).

So Scindo its better Than fragor and gram is the more faster?

Scindo is better on infested, whereas Fragor is better on Grineer. I think Gram does extra damage on infested too but is faster at the cost of range and melee damage.

Not The case Gram is ur generic Damage Melee Wep basicly it's okay at anything but does not pertically strong against anything, While Scindo is good Vs infested and does moderately ok at Grineer and Corpus, While Fragor Beats Grineer silly and does okay at infested and Corpus

Comparing all three vs eachother.

Gram VS Scindo

+Faster base speed

+benefits more from Fire Rate mods (aka swing speed for melee weapons)

-Lesser range

-Lower base Melee damage (40 vs 50, do not mistake for Charge damage. Charge and Melee are two seperate entities minus Crit CHANCE)

Gram vs Fragor

+Faster base speed

+benefits more from Fire Rate

+Blade bonus damage against Infested (3x damage because blades)

-Does not ignore armor

-Lower base Melee damage

-Lesser range

Scindo vs Fragor

+Blade bonus damage

-Does not ignore armor

Fragor vs Scindo

+Ignores armor

-No blade bonus damage

All have the same Charge speeds, damage, and crit damage modifiers. Against Infested, it comes down to Speed vs Range with the Gram vs Scindo. Against Grineer, Fragor is better hands down, but as of now there's no need for the raw damage from ignoring armor since you can still one-shot any Grineer with a decently modded Gram/Scindo with Charge Damage, sans the Heavy Grineer.

Actually Gram uses slash attacks, making it good on Infested too.

scindo charged attack deal as much as fragor on grinders

Charged attacks ignore armor type, so it's just as effective when used on Grineer. That applies for all melee weapons though.

So scindo and Fragor are the same e-e¡

Let me put it this way. There are VERY few weapons that are genuine upgrades in this game. All have their own flavor and are quite effective when modded in a way that suits them.

Don't worry about what weapon or frame is "better". Get what sounds/looks/feels cool to you. If you're worried you'll hate it, don't install your potato right away.
