Mastery Rank Stuck & Account Not Saved

Hi i was really enjoying this game but it has got some bugs

I'm currently stuck on mastery rank with 20,005 needed until next rank i have played many matches with my low level frames but the progress bar is stuck half way.

And another issue is my account not saved after playing a match sometimes

Please fix them i have spent over £70 on plat.

I'm only going to answer this since the rest has been reported often enough.

You need to lvl up other, different warframes and weapons to make progress as soon as one warframe or weapon hits lvl 30. Ranking up DOES take long since you get only 100 affinity EACH lvl up on a warframe or weapon. Guess why there are so many weapons and warframes available.

I am leveling up 3 new frames all below level 10 and many weapons,but what im saying is the amount of points/xp needed to my next rank is not going down so it seems like its glitched....

Well in this case it might be truly a bug. Did you try to restart? Refreshing the profile after missions constantly? If it didn't help, I'm afraid there's nothing else you could really do I think.
