Warframe Crash Handler?

This game works on my normal computer but whenever I use the computer I use at my parents house I get a update failed message. I never had to deal with this problem before and this problem has persisted on this computer for 6 months as I never was to serious about getting it fixed since I don't always use this computer. One I don't know where the crash handler is it at the least doesn't seem to be anywhere obvious and this is the third time i looked without finding it. I guess once I find that I'll get the WAR-number so that I don't really need to learn about right now. Thanks.

Does the other computer have the specs to run the game, and has its firewall been modified to allow the launcher to work.

 

Those are the two major points that spring to my mind.
