"More Rails = Maintaining costs" but "More Rails = More Money" Btw 0% Tax maybe u win win the conflict but u will not able to hold them there will always be a Clan or Alli that will fight u^^ #1."NEKONEKO KAWAII YATTA-----!!!!!"
