-Scissor- Posted April 28, 2014 Share Posted April 28, 2014 It is obvious what they are nerfing. And to the people who didn't like the snowglobe "nerf", it was a buff. You are now forced to use power strength for snow globe, add that with using his other skills and you got yourself a pretty good frame.
