Is Streamline Bugged With Blind Rage?

My rhino have a max streamline and a blind rage with -35% power efficiency.

The cost of my iron skin should be 50*0.7*1.35 =47.25

But the game calculated it to be 52. Was my calculation wrong or is it really bugged.?

With those mods, you get -5% efficiency all in all.

 

Streamline maxes with 30% efficiency, so yeah you get that negative value with blind rage on.

the mods don't multiply together, they add, so 100-30+35= 105. 50*1.05= 52.5.

It's additive not multiplicative. So, Streamlines gives 30% and Blind Rage takes 35% so it takes adds both of them together 35+(-35) = -5.

 

So you have -5% power efficiency which then makes it 50*1.05 = 52.5

That's sounds mathematically wrong. You don't calculate percentage like that.......

Strangely though, I get -.1 subtracted from my energy pool whenever I use streamline. So an ulti would cost 70.1 energy, and prevent me from using other abilities.

Percentage has nothing to do with this though. It's just simply how they choose to stack, which is additively.

Wrong calculation:

 

50*( 1 - 0,3 (Streamline) + 0,35 (Blind Rage)) = 52
