Please Help With Clan Emblem

I have neither the software nor the artistic ability to create a clan emblem for my new clan. If someone could help me out and make one for me i would be happy to compensate them for it. The name of the clan is Absent Souls. the only theme i can think of that would be pretty cool would be a grim reaper, but im open to other suggestions. the only thing i ask is that it doesnt have a background

Actually liked the stalker/reaper kinda image, took 5 mins to superimpose an image, should get you an idea of what you *dont* want at least >.>
