Tranquil Cleave - Hook And Eye

The dashing attack of this combo seems to exist for the sole purpose of making the Tenno look like a eight-year old wielding a plastic katana who is trying to pretend to be a ninja. The pitiful range, the poor reach of the weapon, both are honestly quite silly and feel very out of place. I'd like to ask for the dashing attack to be looked at again and have its range considerably improved to make it a functional attack.

I am a big Nikana enthusiast, and i have spent a lot of time trying various builds and figuring what stances actually do. But now i got my hands on Reaper prime + Stalking Fan and that combination has crossed out all my efforts. Reaper 20 lvl with no potato or forma does better on dark sector 30-40 survival then Dragon Nikana with both stances and optimal mods on Warcry-oriented Valkyr. I see a lot of tuning required both Tranquil Cleave and Decisive Judgement.
