yes its a different game

 

BUT

 

there are many parallels, and my point, besides that "MINIMUM" looks like it could be a neat/fun game, is that DE could take some notes on core-design mechanics, ie animation fluidity, vertical level design, etc

 

not that i personally think the DE animation team is bad, but I do wish they either polished their work more, or took more notes from other titles (yes i realize this is vague)

 

and IMHO Warframe is a VERY FLAT "2D-esque" game, aside from a few specific tiles (a couple of the gas mining facilities), and I would REALLY like it if the level-design team would give us more vertical aspects ledges/walkways/etc in our tiles/tilesets

 

all-in-all, MINIMUM is another run-n-gun-n-slash game coming out, I would really like the DEv team to focus on Warframe's core design mechanics (ie style, melee, parkour, "ninja", etc) to differentiate it from the pack of very similar titles
