Timdog Posted April 6, 2013 Share Posted April 6, 2013 Vitality says +80% health (rank 1) but my baseline health is now 300, and its still only giving 80 points of health. Drayvin Posted April 6, 2013 Share Posted April 6, 2013 (edited) How is vitality giving 80% at rank one, last time I checked before the nerf it was 50%, and after increasing baseline stat change it was dropped to 40% at rank 1.
