I will remove you from the pending list on our alliance and if you would like to be Re invited to the Crescent Dominion Alliance, I will re invite you're clan "Azuma". If this doesn't work, I believe you will need to send a ticket to DE concerning an Alliance/Clan bug with the topic "Cant Join Alliance". They should be able to fix the problem the same day or next day. [DE Matt] Fixed our Orokin Lab bug within hours. They have great support. I hope things work out.
