Braton Prime 4Th Color Channel Is Unused?

I noticed that, like some other weapons, the 4th color channel seems to be unused, or is so minimal that it's barely noticeable. Even so, there are some large unrecolorable parts in the weapons that could easily be assigned to it, in order to promote more customization.

 

If you look at the image here:

 

The barrel of the gun and the back end of it, as well as the piece showing the energy lines on the sides, can't be recolored. It seems to be part of the "internal structure" of the Braton in a sense, similar to the Boar Prime.

 

Small request, but why not assign the fourth channel to all of it? DE did it with Boar Prime; it could work similarly here, and it would be just better for customization while making use of a seemingly wasted color channel.

I can understand the gold trims not changing, but if there's an unused color channel and unrecolorable "normal" parts on the weapon, why should it stay that way? Even the Orthos, after ALL THIS TIME, finally got an option to have its blades recolorable, making many people think it was intentional at first.
