Can't Pick Up Vor Loot

I was in a squad of 4 (not hosting), mission T4 Extermination. We finished all the enemies then waited briefly near extraction for Vor. Killed him no problem, but when his loot dropped (rare mod and something else), I could not pick it up. I spent a minute while the rest of the team waited at extraction, walking back and forth and jumping up and down on the mods but no luck. D: Disappointing.
