Dojo Building Issues

I've Built all the clan halls just to get the best one but when i try to get rid of the older ones that prerequisite error appears, this is such a inconvenience, why do i need all those older hall why can't i just destroy them that is so much wasted forma and i bout them I didn't build them, so all that  money down the drain, i mean.........COME ON. I don't know if this bothers anyone else but it bothers the hell out of me, can't destroy this because i have to destroy everything before it, BUMMER.
