The Hall Alone.

This has been addressed several times in several different ways, with several possible solutions.  Making me build them all only makes sense if I can't destroy them.  Allowing me to destroy them makes the prerequisite silly.  My favorite solution is allowing me to upgrade my current hall.  To ensure space is utilized and nothing overlaps this would require the hall to be on a floor by itself.  Only allowing for one entrance/exit and this being attached to a connector of your choice (elevator or hall of some sort attached to elevators), the most common being a T-connector with one up and one down elevator.
