Game Freezes And Crashes When I Exit The Arsenal

I click on the exit button of the arsenal and the game freezes if i move my mouse or input anything it crashes if i stay still and don't touch anything it responds after 3 or 5 seconds, it also happens when i log out, i've never had any problems before with Warframe, its really weird and very annoying, i have an AMD FX4100 4gb ram HD5450 is my video card and im running on windows 7 64.

 

Edit: I have also noticed that in the log in screen i dont see my frame i see a regular standard excalibur as if it was the very first time i started the game.

 

And it freezes when claiming items from the foundry too...
