NovusNova Posted July 18, 2014 Share Posted July 18, 2014 You get all the systems apart from the kubrow incubator by doing Vor's Prize. You also get everything but the incubator if you skip the quest. The codex seems to already unlocked and to unlock the incubator, you need to kill the Jackal for a specific item that enables you to activate the quest in the codex, one the quest is activated you do it to unlock the incubator and get a kubrow.
