It is nice that the cephalon has a quirky personality. 

 

I think that long term, you should keep adding more lines for him, so that it keeps a refreshing and interesting thing to explore after every update. 

 

He could even try to crack some joke (and fail, since there are no laughs or giggle animations for the warframes), or drop some snarky comment about the grineer, corpus or even some veiled criticism on The Lotus. 

 

He could be just a little bonkers, or actually have some intel and drop some cryptic lore or strategy messages to the player. 

 

I think it would be interesting to have him incorporate some element of insane oracle of wisdom in it. 

 

And it will be talking to the player a lot of the time, even more than the Lotus, so it must not be too annoying or repetitive.

I agree. He has a lot of potential.

Btw, he reminds me of that round stupid guy I carried around in another game. And since the cephalon started talking I have that constant wish to get some cake...
