My hotkeys keep resetting after each mission. My primary weapon fire becomes unbound, and I have to pause and reconfigure it on the fly. It happens about 80% of the time and doesn't matter if I exit gracefully (quit game in the pause menu) or simply alt-f4. As you can imagine, this is frustrating as heck.
