The lights have been blinking like appearing of Stalker and harvester. NoeleVeerod Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 An enemy that looks like a Regulator, and that makes lights flicker like the Stalker, but isn't any of the assassin units (Regulators are only on phobos or Earth FYI, not Saturn)... and it isn't any of the Grustrag Three... Please do remember to take a picture next time, because there's hardly anything needed to recreate the occurrance! :/ Oh, and yeah, scanner charges are also a good idea. He visited me twice there yesterday (must've p*ssed him off some) and both encounters were bug-ridden.
