It happened to me because of Raidcall a few times when a mod/admin moved me to another channel, same thing also happens when someone starts or ends a call with you on Skype for some reason. But these happen to me in every game, not only Warframe. If you're sure the cause your game minimising is neither of these, then it might be more helpful to give more details so the devs can have a look into it. As in, when exactly does this occur, in the middle of a game or when you'd just launched it? How often does it happen? Do you have any 3rd party programs running in the background that might have popup notifications or anything of that sort? Etc.
