I recently thought about making a "perfect" squad and what frames and skill combinations would be ideal. But because im fairly new to the game im sure you can give some good suggestions and tips.
The Goals of the Squad are:
- being able to kill bosses quickly
- being able to run through all mission types with ease
- being able to do pretty good at defense missions (but in this point im sure there will be better team compositions if you focus on defense only)
The setup i thought about is:
1x Mag
1x Excal
1x Ash
and eighter another Excal or Frost. i think frost gives way more utility.
Here is the reasoning to this composition.
Mag:
Crush ulti for all big groups of small enemys. Just let Mag run up kill the whole room while the others kill leftovers and harder enemys.
Bullet attractor: Focus fire on Bosses and big Damage with Excal ulti
Excal:
fast dispatching of anoying enemys like Toxic ancients or shield Grineer with slash dash. Stunlock harder enemys, swarms of infested, or easier bosses. Big Damage to bosses with mag.
Ash:
Smoke Bomb to survive and Ress other players. Ulti for spaced out enemys where Frost, Excal or Mags ulti are not suitable.
Frost:
Disable to single targets, another AOE ulti, and Snow globe for defense and hard situations.
Basic idea is to play a smooth run and gun with good weapon loadouts to suit all situations. When there are more than a handfull of enemys you got an ulti for every situation. Like a room with clustered enemys and some spread out on higher areas. Mag ulti followed by ash ulti shoud clear the whole room.
What do you guys think about that? Are there Frame combinations with even more synergy? Lets get this going.
