? Compatibility Error Message

I've played Warframe yesterday all fine. Turned off PC (No Auto Update from anything active!) Turned on PC Today. And Steam + Warframe give me an Error Message Steam is talking bout some WinXP Service Pack 3 needed (I have Vista, don't start talking bout Vista stay in topic PLS) with all service packs. And Warframe gives the same message.. what has been changed since i turned of my PC yesterday?? I definitely have changed NOTHING. So what happend??

Someone has a suggestion?

 

Besides. All other Games from Steam working like always.

Hmmm, have you already tried to set the program compatibilty to WinXP SP3?

Thes is no such Option in my Compatibility Menu for my Launcher Icon. Plus the Launcher Icon of Warframe on the desktop is, freely translated, a 'shadowcopy' like all through steam installed games desktopicons. These desktopicons don't even have a compatibility tab. I can only adjust the compatibility setting for the Steam Icon. And that has no effect. And i get the same error message when i try to start Warframe from within my Steamlibrary wich has no compatibility options as well.
