Can't Move Sometimes In Conclave

As said in the title. I'll join a session and I can't move the camera. When it is time to pick a side I can't pick a side. When I spawn I can't move or look around.

 

This is not feedback! This is a bug. Don't move it to PvP Feedback.

Yeah and sometimes I have one arm reaching around my back and no access to weapons at all.  All I can do is walk around.  It seems to happen when the host is extremely laggy.

Whenever this happens to me, the session is very laggy.  I just assumed this is a lag issue rather than an actual "bug."  

Sometimes I can only rotate the camera about 170 degrees, so I can't even turn around.  Sometimes, my warframe has no head or no arms.  In one session, I got stuck in the "bleed-out" position, but had no bleed-out timer.

Hit ALT+F4 to fix the problem.

Yeah, so far I have been hitting ALT+F4 all day. -_- This has been happening even with good hosts.
