Being Able To Fuse Two Or More Mods To Create A Unique Third

What about being able to fuse different mods together to make a third type - hidden combos that have to be discovered through experimentation (or looking it up on the wiki in a week)?

Hmm sounds interesting way to make mods, why not have it a fail and success rate to create a hybrid or rare mod.

Sounds good but why not make it cost original mod cost plus another half (redirection mod cost 4 + 2 from the vitality)

I was thinking that some could be like that - say combine "Slash and Dash" with Loki's teleport and get a lower damage S&D coupled with a teleport to target for example.

 

Or some could combo's could lead to completely new effects.

Some could simply return a different mod of same rarity or some could have a chance to return rarer mods.

On topic, I like the idea. Reminds me of the crafting in Powerstone 2, which I wholeheartedly approve of.
