Ayuda! No Puedo Subir A Lvl 8!

Desde hace un ida llegue al limite de afinidad de rango 7 asi que se desbloqueo la prueba para avanzar a rango 8, en el momento que doy click el juego se congela medio segundo luego toda la pantalla totalmente negra por unos 20 segs, luego aparece la pantalla que generalmente aparece cuando finalizas una mision, al terminar de cargar regreso a la parte principal de la nave y dice "Mision Superada" y me aparece el resumen de la ultimamision q haya hecho luego reviso mi rango y sigue siendo 7 y al darle clic para hacer la prueba nuevamente me dice q tengo que  esperar 24 horaaas ;( ;( y ya me ha sucedido DOS (2) veces ;( ;(

However, I'd say wait the 24 hours and try again (I know it is annoying), don't worry your XP is not wasted.

EDIT: The helpdesk is still under heavy load I guess, sorry but us players cannot help you much, only they can.
