Derakkon Posted August 14, 2014 Share Posted August 14, 2014 I noticed that the health on all my Warframes is way below what they should be. My Rhino, which has a base health of 100 at rank 0, only has 75 health despite being rank 30. Adding max vitality only increases it to 185, and adding max vigor only increases it to 215.
