Cant Download Orinstall

I recently signed up to play and I clicked download then after clicking save and then run a white popup appeared with play on the bottom right corner and whenever I would try to click play it would say that it is not responding and It would close the program ive tried several times with the same thing always happening please help

I had same problem with Steam so downloaded from Warframe site directly and now no problem

I downloaded it right from the site and how can I tell my pc specs like im able to play games like chivalry, overgrowth, painkiller hell and damnation, and sniper elite v2

ok my processor is     intel® core i5-3317u CPU @ 1.70GHZ    and I have 4 gb of ram  and idk where to find the other things
