Mission Rewards Window Doesn't Appear When Returning To The Ship After Finishing A Mission.

Title.

So, I been having this problem the whole weekend and every time it happens the esc key becomes useless, forcing me to alt+f4 every time. I would like to know if there's any one having the same issue as me.

Also... seems that I'm unable to connect to the chat or it takes a very long time to connect even thought all my systems are nominal, are there any maintenances happening or something?

Anyway, thanks for the attention and sorry for my english, I'm kinda rusty.

I encounter this most often when Im doing survivals that are 30+ mins....really annoying. unfortunately its happening alot more lately.

I doubt it's possible to do a 30+ min survival and not have at least one member of the squad get this bug. The chat always works for me though, so I usually ask for missions results from whoever isn't bugged out (or spell them out for others if I'm the lucky one who isn't bugged).

 

You can avoid the Alt-F4 if someone isn't bugged in your squad and they start a new mission.
