A Question About Dual Weapon Blueprints

I was wondering about a couple of things considering the Dual Vipers blueprint.  I bought the blueprint and it quite clearly has two separate slots for each viper in the foundry menu where you build said blueprints.

 

Does this mean that I need to purchase two vipers in order to meet the prerequisites for building the Dual Vipers version?

Someone please clarify.  Someone as analytic as myself can go crazy not knowing the specifics on topics such as these.

Yes, you need two separate Vipers in order to build the Twin Vipers.

I appreciate the feedback.  I'm just now starting to grind on this and wanted to know if I needed to grind as hard as I thought I did.

Good thing I didn't need a single heat sword and a single heat dagger to make the dual heat swords. >_>

cause the heat sword required to make it would be way more valuable than the duel version XD
