Any 'Frame that can completely disable enemies from attacking you or has complete damage immunity is the best 'Frame technically. So... Hydroid, Excal, Valkyr, to name a few with easily spammable abilities. Can't put Nyx into that unless you use Absorb since Chaos is bad and doesn't prevent them attacking you/hurting you 100% of the time. Mind Control does on a single target, though.
