What Happen To Asia Region After U14?

After U14 on PS4 , I was found most people has gone from chat menu. Someone appear in region bar but disappear in recruiting and trading bar. Yesterday , I found only 3 people in recruiting and a little more in trading , in spite of those whose names are in the region bar. I think that there's something wrong with this update. Anyone in Asia region has got this problem like me? If this is affected by the update , please fix this problem quickly.

I can't be sure but I believe DE said they were making it so only people who have typed in trade or recruiting chat would show up in the list

The lists now only show the names of those who have posted in specific chat room/s. It was intended to make it easier navigate trough the names.
