Pixelated Clan Emblem

I want to upload a clan emblem i made in GIMP. You have to upload a 128x128 png file, but it seems really pixelated.  Iv'e seen pics of people who have badges and banners that are not pixelated at all. Is there any way i can get a better quality image? And do alliance logos work the same way?

Gimp usually scales pretty well.

View it at 100% to preview it, and on the arm of a tenno it won't pixelate at all

And What about on a banner?

Thats 128x128, so it should look just find on about anything.

If it doesn't look this clear, then try something different.
