Cryotic Front Mods

I'm on PS4, so this event will be a little bit before it comes to us, but had a question about the event mods.

I'm guessing since they're dual stats they have the "V" polarity correct?

Mainly asking cause about the only mod I use with a "D" polarity is Cryo Rounds or Hammershot. If a weapon comes with "D" already on it, I usually keep it just because of Cyro Rounds.

Basically what I want to ask is, since the new mods are a different polarity, is it worth changing the polarity because of the increase of the status chance?

Example: the Boltor Prime has a stock "D" and I've keep it for Cryo Rounds. Is it worth the polarity change for the drop in freeze damage to gain the status chance since it isn't a status weapon?

It is always worth it to change a D polarity, especially now with the Dual Stat Cold mods which are indeed V polarity .

the event mods take 7 mod points maxed, so they fit nicely in an unpolarized slot. And yes, they all have V-s
