I was experimenting with the Syncing thing Microsoft introduced starting with Windows 8. So I start applying random themes I had from when this Tower I'm typing on now had Windows 7 on it. (Now sporting Windows 8.1 PRO) I used to port Windows 98 Themes to Windows 7 (This, being one of them.) When this theme synced, the Taskbar went completely transparant on my laptop, running Windows 8.1. (Windows 7 Aero-esque Taskbar) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
