Pc Account Moved,copied,etc To Xbox One

I know there maybe some thread out there already asking the big question. The question is if and when will PC account migration be possible for Xbox one member's? If the answer is yes will i have all my item my blueprints and my lovely Kubrow Emma. I worked really hard to get my items most people just pay to get them all back. I'm not gonna just throw away almost 48+ hours and then some cause to be honest my PC is not made to play this high end game. So yeah it was hard on me to get all my item and warframes and kubrow on a laggy pc. So please let me know if this thing will be a option and will it be free. Please and thank you

They have not announced any plans.
