Does it also make the weapon gain 2 mod capacity for every level after that? Or is it most beneficial to wait until the weapon is maxed out to apply the catalyst? With catalyst 30 points + 2 points for each level until lvl 30.. Lvl 30 weapon = 30 points.. With catalyst 60 points..
