Game Crash On Melee Build

So as the title says

today whenever I try to change my melee build, whenever I try to hit config b or c from a, it caused my game to free completely.  Interestingly enough it actually causes my desktop to go blank (im playing in full screen) and I cant see anything on my desktop, however I can still bring up the task manager but I cant actually see it, just the icon on my start bar.  I have to log out of my windows user profile and log back in to get the game working again and because of this I cannot obtain a war number.  Anyone else experiencing this?
