FitzSimmons
why Shock can't stuns more enemies with Stretch like Excalibur's Radial Blind? if it makes shock too strong, how about makes the number of stun increased with power strength just like Nekros' Terrify? or does that still makes Shock too strong? with max Blind Rage can stuns up to 11 or 12 enemies, overload is not good crowd control because its too conditional. electronics are one time use for overload. ThePredicament
It can shock more people due to the splash of the registered hits but only as long as enemies are close. I would like this though, since Oberon has two CC skills now.
Eric1738
because electricity proc has a short range? and it's actually not increased by any mods

RealPandemonium
Overload does still stun enemies regardless of whether electronics are around. Shock chaining to more enemies with more power strength (or range?) is interesting but I'd rather keep the current incarnation than muck with it with the risk of ruining it. Eric1738
the range of chain is increased by range mod but not the number of enemies i see. ya, number is not affected by power strength. i'd like to see a change.
