Unable To Use My Melee Weapon

I was doing a void survival yesterday, and a lancer came a little close so I decided to chop him with my dragon nikana, but when I pressed "E" the game froze for like 1 sec and then every time I try to use my D nikana's normal attacks it just gets back to it's place really fast, with jump or wall attacks, it won't do the AoE attack, with slide attacks, I press E and it just keeps sliding 

this had happened a lot of times, and I'm pretty sure it's a bug, did this happen to anyone else? because it's really annoying and I hope it'll be fixed soon
