Paris, Crits, And Headshots

Ok first question: can the Paris crit?  There's no listed crit chance on the wiki.

 

Second: do headshots with the Paris (or other weapons?) automatically cause a crit?  Are headshots affected by crit damage mods?  

 

I'm actually trying to figure out what a maxed out Paris build should look like.

Yes it can crit. the % is unkown atm.

 

Headshots seem to be crits, at least for it it seems. I don't use any crit damage mod so can't answer to that part

 

 

 

I use fire rate and reload speed on Paris to decrease the time you take to put your arrow back, and to pull the string to full charge (the sound is uneffected, so you need to pay attention to the char or know the time you take to pull the string when full fire rate/reload)

I modded a paris with +125% crit rate and .. I crit frequently on it..yellow numbers all around

A headshot is not a automaticly a crit. Headshots deal double damage though. On top of that you can crit dealing increased damage based on you crit modifier.

I have a Paris...running Max reload Max crit chance and dmg Max fire rate and Max multi shot with armor Pierce and base dmg serration at lvl 10 I believe .... I kno on infestation defense I crit head shots on ancients for about 1347 x 2 give or take

Crit rate and crit chance do have an effect. If I get a headshot I hit 320, normal 175. Headshot crit 1080, otherwise crit 500 ish. Need to upgrade mods a bit more but its becoming very effective.
