Upgrade Rank Bug

Hi, dunno if it has happened to someone else, but when I launched to rank upgrade mission from 14 to 15, and this happened:

*Mission loading screen went on normally.

*but I spasned in my ship.

*Immediate fade to black

*Then fade from black in my ship again, with no message whatsoever

*I tried to launch the mission again, it was the "you cannot try again for 24h" message, like if I failed it.

24 later, I launched it again, and it went normally. 
Three days ago, I had enough xp to go from 15 to 16, and the same bug has been happening (that's three times in a row now). Any idea of what's happening and how to fix it DE?

my problem with the rank upgrade is.. that it just ends the mission while I am fighting and says i've fail!

 

some friends of mine said they solved it with playing it on another internet-spot so its not the same locatioin you normally launch then the mission wents well and with the following no problem yet appeart they say.

 

But.. what the hack?! XD

 

iiiiiiiiiittt's an EXTREME AWSOME game!! .. but yeah please fix this as well ;)

I have your problem too, I'm rank 1 and I cannot rankup beacuse it is 3 days that the game return back to the ship after some seconds of loading and the test is failed.

STARTED RANK UP MISSION WAS GOING WELL THEN SUDDENLY MISSION FAILED RIGHT AS IT SAID YOUR DOING WELL
