Yes, it would. If you want to do the regular air attack,all stealth finishers could just as easily be remapped to to the use key.

 

 

Another thought for the double stealth kills: Instead of just pressing one button to do a stealth finisher, at the final stage of animation for the stealth kill, press the use key again while aiming at another enemy to hop on to that enemy and kill him.

This way, instead of making a double kill animation for every weapon DE could just make a simple hopping animation to start a new stealth attack on the next enemy, and use linear/bicubic interpolation(?) to make sure that the transition is smooth.
