And what idea is that? A sniper sentinel could imply a few things.

A la Predator? Now that could be an interesting idea -- if it shot when and where you shoot, acting as a sort of guidance assistance. Could even have a mod that increases your accuracy when firing from the hip or down the barrel.

I think a shoulder mounted gun sentinel sounds like an amazing idea. It should fire when you fire, or continuously when you are charging the bow. It could be really small damage for all I care, even if it does like 2 damage a shot, it would be bad &#!.

It seems rather obvious to me that they will either allow us to change the weapons equipped to our sentinels, or they will introduce a new sentinel for each weapon type.

 

That means we still have Shotgun coming for sure, maybe a Sniper.

Who knows, possibly even some strange Melee Sentinel.

 

In any case, more sentinels are definitely on their way, and they definitely can't get here fast enough!
