Quick Thinking + Powerfist Glitch

So what happened was, I was killing Sargus Ruk, as soon as I got pimp slapped, with 2 HP I might add because of quick thinking, by a powerfist, that Viral effect happened, and it mostly happened right before I used Iron skin. I got 0 HP, stuck in place and the whole UI glitched, the game glitched out and all I could do is crouch, aim, and use items. I couldn't shoot nor could I pray that the enemies would shoot me because, to them I was dead, they didn't aim at me but Sargus Ruk's AoE did target me but I did not get hit. I was an invincible living/dead rhino using Iron Skin. RIP.
