Pressing Buttons Above Space Bar Makes Black Screen After 5 Mins In-Game

ever since the new patch came out about a week ago on the 01/10/2014

i play any mission and about 5 mins in game everytime i push  W,A,S,D or most buttons above my spacebar it turns my screen black and unable to move unless i change key bindings,  
note before the patch i had no movement problems just the occasion glitch falling forever through the ground or through walls. but i cant play with limited awkward button key bindings. 

anyone else have the same problem?
