Can't Join Squads Or Finish A Mission Whitout Host Migration

For quite some time now (more than one month), I keep having the same problem.

Either I can't join any active squads, on any mission. It will either just hang there searching for a squad for a very long time or just give me the option to "Play now" and hope that other players will join.. and they never do.

Or, if I'm lucky enough to join a squad, I'll be kicked after 5 minutes, and either return to the main menu or continue on my own. This makes the Tactical Alert impossible for me.

 

Now, I double checked the ports, I disabled antivirus, I disabled the firewall, I still have the problems. 

 

I doubt it's my router, since I've been having this problems in three different locations, on different types of connections.

 

I'm using Window 10 and I know most of you will say "Well there's your problem right there", but until a couple of days ago, I was using Windows 8.1, and still had the problems. 

 

If you have any suggestions for me, I'd appreciate it.
