Invisible Hud After Revive

I was on apollodorus with a newly forma'd excalibur, and one of the randoms that i was with decided when i got downed it would be a great idea to just continue to fight enemies right next to me, rather than revive me. Upon using a revive the minimap, enemy health, targeting reticle,  timer and life support bar, my health and energy and ammo amounts, damage and experience numbers, and basically anything on the hud except chat and my fps became invisible.  The map was visible in the larger map mode, but not as the minimap.  Upon dying and once again not being revived by my teammates 5 feet away from me the revive or forfeit options were also not visible, leaving me trapped in the mission with no way to revive, exit, or gauge progress.  I was also unable to even switch which player the camera was following.

I've had this bug happen before. Never had it again. Must be rare

I myself just had this bug about a week ago also. though i could switch spectating players
